While both Level Up Personal Allies and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while our personal allies focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being. We can tailor our interventions to meet the needs of the person and work on just about anything that is seen as a challenge. Therapy is typically 50 minutes a week and many neurodivergent individuals have difficulty making progress without the on-going support or peer interaction. This is one of the reasons why a group of licensed psychologists and therapists created our program. Our services can move beyond what therapy can provide by offering daily one-on-one support which focuses on positive encouragement and problem solving. Our peer groups are held weekly and provide positive social interaction, support, encouragement, and opportunities to learn from others as well as sharing special interests.  

Insurance companies don't cover the cost of specialty programs like Level Up and we don't accept insurance. We have found that our program is a lot more affordable than most private pay therapeutic services.

You can ask your coordinator if our services may be paid for by utilizing the Self Determination Program. We are not vendored with the Regional Center.
